**New South Bristol Registered/Recorded Land Search website**
You now have the option to use a PayPal account, or a credit card through the secure PayPal
interface. The South Bristol Search website will no longer keep your credit card info. Note: Old South Bristol Search
logins do not carry forward to this new South Bristol Search website. It is still not necessary to
create an account to purchase the documents or pages needed.
When ready to download or print, choose Non-Subscribers on the Download Wizard/Print Wizard page.
On the amount verification page, continue by clicking the yellow Check out with PayPal button.
On the Pay with PayPal page, users will be prompted for a PayPal account or they can scroll down and click
"Pay with Debit or Credit Card" to check out as a guest with their credit card information.
Search Types
The Recorded Land Name Search is the default search and available at the top of the page.
To search by any other type (by Book, by Recorded Date, etc.), click the Search Type selection box.
To search a different office (Registered Land, Plans, etc.), click the Office selection box.
Fees
Searching and document viewing is provided as a free service. Printing and/or downloading will incur a $1.00/page fee.
Search Results may be printed for $1.00/page with a $75.00 maximum.
